CPG – Led the functional business transformation programme unlocking £100M cost reduction through changes to various operating models across enabling functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT)
CPG – Led the transformation of the HR function and delivered a multi-year global technology modernisation strategy, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and Global ADP Payroll
Mining – Led all IT elements of a European divestment programme; created a new market entrant including all elements of IT setup (strategy, organisation and systems) in support of the broader business consolidation strategy
Construction – Programme director for an end-to-end technology modernisation programme including ERP upgrades, BI systems implementation, replacing every server in the architecture, data centre storage, revamping user-facing services, implementing cloud and digital strategies
Government – Led the development of a target IT Operating Model design and commercial business case. Presented to the boarding and obtained approval for execution
FMCG – Developed the strategy and TOM for infrastructure services including supplier sourcing models. Implemented a multi-supplier operating model including leading the transition of services from / to on or offshore
Retail – Developed a bi-modal IT strategy, resulting in an investment shift from traditional IT to digital. Owned the creation and execution of a digital HR strategy and employee experience programme.
