Meet Natalie Taylor

A commercially focused HR professional with a strong track record in delivering HR integration and transformation projects in a fast-paced environment. Natalie has held senior HR roles in both the UK and US leading HR transformation programmes, HRIS implementations, M&A activity, business integrations as well as managing HR systems, regional and operations teams.​

Natalie has strong focus on simplification and collaboration with all stakeholders to fully understand the business case and ensure effective solutions are delivered.

Natalie’s Assignments
  • HR integration lead on $4billion acquisition deal. Collaborated with counterparts on initial high-level planning and then implemented detailed plans to achieve main integration objectives​
  • HR Transformation Director ​
  • Established global HR operations team to align with strategic organisational objective to transition to a centralised global model from a regional business set-up​
  • Led HRIS integration project to transition Workday instances following company acquisition. Completed onboarding and conversion of key records within 5 months to fast track technological, procedural and cultural integration of the two companies​
  • Strategic lead on enterprise-wide entity consolidation project to streamline employing and trading entities, simplifying HR, payroll, legal and financial processes. Delivered 3 phase project plan to significantly reduce entities​
  • Americas Regional Head of HR with focus on completion of a review of US benefits set up to ensure fit for purpose and automated​
  • Project lead on business divestiture including the separation of teams, systems and future state org design. Review of HR structure and processes to determine whether fit for purpose post the divestiture, including partnering with business leaders on analytics and data requirements
