Born out of first-hand frustration
Before founding the company, our leadership team worked client-side in large, complex organisations delivering major technology and transformation programmes. Time and again, we saw the same issues emerge: delivery teams pushing forward without commercial alignment, procurement and governance slowing progress, and programmes drifting beyond their original business case.
Simple, but powerful
The idea behind Sunfish was simple but powerful: bring together deep delivery expertise and strong commercial thinking to unblock change from the inside.
What began as a partnership between two professionals with complementary backgrounds grew into a consultancy trusted by major organisations across regulated and high-stakes environments. From the outset, we were clear about what we did not want to become: a bureaucratic, process-heavy consultancy focused on utilisation and revenue over results.
That clarity still defines us today.
