Meet Andrew Fiddes

Andrew’s experience is vast and he understands most SME/ large enterprise project perspectives. Over 40 corporations and 15 global projects, as a project manager for customers, consultants and suppliers allows him to find innovative ways to tackle SAP/ SuccessFactors challenges in such a way that people hardly notice and project progress accelerates.​

Andrew cares about all the people he works with and builds trust and strong relationships with all stakeholders, seeking their advice and feedback in appropriate ways. He works diligently to find what is important for the organisation and gets it delivered in a co-operative way. Executing projects “with” people, rather than “to” people.

Andrew’s Key Assignments:
  • Construction – led various UK customer teams to work with a French IT teams to deliver an SAP HR/ Payroll migration project on schedule and ahead of quality expectations so that the hyper care phase was cut short​

  • Energy/Oil & Gas – recently managed on-time high level and detailed SAP and SuccessFactors HR/ Payroll design for a complex project to create a new electricity industry organisation. Managed the creation of a simpler HR and global organisation structure for BP on time, overcoming complex challenges: BP were so pleased, they invited him to a celebration after his assignment ended. Delivered a Manager Self Service project for a Saudi Company in 3 months. ​

  • Logistics – rescued a delayed year-end SAP/ SuccessFactors go-live project for a UK Logistic organisation with USA and European stakeholders in under 3 months, resulting in a 100% accurate payroll​

  • Defence & Security – rescued a late HR project by, counter-intuitively, getting the company directors to support a scope increase to improve workflow and staff retention, delivering on time, within budget and ahead of scope. Led and project managed on-time SAP team training for a confidential, highly technical, USA Defence project​

  • Services – managed on-time transition to support of countries in a global rollout for a global services company, including the Middle East.
