Meet Claire Holoway

Claire is a proactive & highly effective Programme Management Officer (PMO) Lead, working with organisations to improve PMO efficiency on larger portfolios. She is experienced in the End-to-End programme life cycle and has Operations Readiness experience.​

Claire has successful operated in both public and private sectors and in Higher Education. She is highly skilled in both waterfall and Agile reporting and governance toolkits, risk & issue analysis, project lifecycle planning, senior stakeholder liaison, project monitoring, implementation and post-project evaluation.​

Additional expertise of public sector funding, and impact analysis and her legal background enables understanding and interpretation of complex business documents.

Claire’s Assignments
  • PMO Lead, governance, assurance and reporting processes; planning, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, interdependency management and change control, document configuration and governance-related communications. ​
  • Programme Meeting framework setup and scheduling; preparation of targeted and relevant Executive, Portfolio and Programme reporting and meeting material to facilitate decision-making. Speakers’ guidance and standard board documentation.​
  • PMO Team development resulting in effective knowledge transfer and ongoing development of PMO capability.​
  • Quality assurance, audit and health-check reviews; preparation for stage-gate reviews or regulatory reporting. Moving from Agile Discovery into Alpha / Beta.
