A senior Programme and Project Management leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience in creating and delivering hands-on strategic solutions. A strong background in multiple sectors, including CX, Banking, Logistics, Legal, Aerospace and Defence. Proven record of managing the delivery of complex solutions that have resulted in significant cost reductions, operational savings & efficiencies within many organisations.

Technically astute and broad knowledge across multiple hardware and software standards, including Cloud native technologies (Azure & AWS), Storage, Citrix, EUC, ETL, Generative AI, etc, to aid digital transformation across varied business landscapes.

Dene’s Assignments

  • CX & Communications – Consultant Programme Manager. Led new supplier onboarding, deployment of new software solutions and decommissioning of legacy IT. Multiple site closures delivering £20m in savings over the contractual period. Integration of ERP & CRM solutions.

  • Global Sourcing & Procurement Services – Interim Portfolio Manager. Led deployment of SaaS global sourcing & procurement, ERP & reporting software solutions. Service offering consolidation. Realisation of legacy IT debt.

  • Aerospace – Consultant Programme Integrator. Worked alongside incumbent IT service providers to deliver integrated services for subsidiary companies & align with global ecosystem services. Data centre migration.

  • Logistics – Consultant Programme Manager leading data centre migration, IT service consolidation & realising legacy IT debt.
