Duncan is a Security-cleared, PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL-certified Programme Manager / Technical Project Manager with extensive experience delivering secure, complex technology change across Leonardo Helicopters, Cabinet Office/RSO and defence-aligned programmes. He is known for bringing coherence to multi-workstream delivery, aligning stakeholders around outcomes and maintaining tight control across planning, governance, risk and service transition.

Duncan combines strong technical grounding (networks, infrastructure, ITSM tooling, virtualisation and secure/cryptographic environments) with pragmatic programme leadership—driving modernisation, obsolescence reduction and operational readiness while coordinating internal teams and multiple suppliers.
