Meet Ellie Brawn

Ellie is a capable, ambitious and committed project coordinator with prior international experience in the luxury automotive industry with Porsche Cars. Following the completion of her Master’s from the University of Sussex, she now looks to pursue her passion for project coordination and management.

Ellie has a natural intuition for problem solving, process improvement and managing multiple projects with efficiency & attention to detail.

  • Process Improvement – redeveloping Porsche’s appeal process within a financial incentive programme, assessing the performance of car dealerships.

  • Data Analytics Management – producing vital month-end reports analysing dealer network performance.

  • Event & Training Coordination – coordinated multiple training events across Australia, introducing new models to the network, providing customer service training & leading brand activation.

Ellie’s Assignments
  • Brand activation – project lead for Porsche’s brand activation at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, managing 32 staff over the 4-day weekend. Engaging with VIP’s, the public & promoting a new car model.

  • Training and Event Planner – coordinated Luxury Brand Behaviour training, partnering with The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne & Deloitte, educating the dealership network on how to offer a luxury experience to customers.

  • Certification programmes – organised and recalibrated a global certification programme, designed to evaluate senior employees’ customer service skills.

  • Report creation – developed a report analysing the digital disruption within the airline industry for Rolls-Royce.
