  • Scottish and Southern Energy – PMO Lead for a programme, ensuring governance was followed as well as monitoring the programme financials and supporting monthly Portfolio Review boards​
  • Scottish and Southern Energy – PMO Analyst/Planner for a SAP4 HANA replacement project, providing governance control, updating the project plan and dependencies, monitoring finances, supporting the Steering Board, and guiding small projects through gates​
  • Jaguar Land Rover – IT PMO Lead, managed the Small Change Board and provided governance support to a programme of 20 projects.
