I am a business focused IT professional with a history of successful delivery of complex business transformation change and major IT programmes. I have over 20+ years of experience in working with senior leadership teams to deliver overall business change to drive both functional improvements and bottom-line benefits.

  • Leonardo – Setup and managed the IT PMO including implementation of new LCM and PM processes and tools across UK internal team and key IT suppliers​

  • BAE Systems – Project leadership for major HR change programme including the development of HR IS strategy, business case and SI partner selection. Working with HR and IT leadership teams​
  • Britvic – Programme leadership, senior stakeholder management & governance for the business transformation program. Worked closely with senior functional leaders to develop target operating model for the global business; developed end to end business case, overall programme timetable and delivery milestones including set-up PMO to ensure delivery and report to board on progress. Successfully delivered target benefits to allow reinvestment in priority business areas including M&A.​
  • Amey – IT director and part of BU leadership team for £1bn business unit. Responsible for IT support and transforming business operational performance using technology. Developed and agreed BU IT strategy, 5 year implementation roadmap and standard operating model. Successfully implemented IT roadmap across Highways division​
