I have over 20+ years of experience in working with senior leadership teams to deliver overall business change to drive both functional improvements and bottom-line benefits.

Defence Client – Set up and managed the IT PMO, including implementation of new LCM and PM processes and tools across the UK internal team and key IT suppliers
Defence Client – Project leadership for a major HR change programme, including the development of HR IS strategy, business case and SI partner selection. Working with HR and IT leadership teams
Britvic – Programme leadership, senior stakeholder management & governance for the business transformation program. Worked closely with senior functional leaders to develop a target operating model for the global business; developed an end-to-end business case, overall programme timetable and delivery milestones, including setting up a PMO to ensure delivery and reporting to the board on progress. Successfully delivered target benefits to allow reinvestment in priority business areas, including M&A.
Defence Client – IT director and part of the BU leadership team for a £1bn business unit. Responsible for IT support and transforming business operational performance using technology. Developed and agreed on the BU IT strategy, 5-year implementation roadmap and standard operating model. Successfully implemented the IT roadmap across the Highways division
