Meet Rob Romijn

​ITIL® certified with an extensive background in the IT/Telecoms industry. Experienced in a number of disciplines within IT Service Management in delivery, management and leadership positions. Including Service Design, Service Transition and Business Readiness supporting project delivery while protecting and governing change in the support environment. ​

  • Leonardo – Service Design & Transition Lead on: Teamcenter Upgrade, Storage as a Service, Integrated Planning, GCAP portfolio​. Service Transition Framework and process improvements: Creation of a Service Transition Engagement process, Development of a Service Transition dashboard and reporting on Jira, Creation of a Service Transition forecasted resource requirements tool​
  • Costa Coffee – Service Design & Transition Lead for IT Transformation Programme. This included the transition of Hosting, Network and Service Desk from a single supplier into a new SIAM operating model using multiple partners and a new ServiceNow tool​
  • Virgin Media – Service Design & Transition Lead on a number of large multi-year programmes including: Online Store – Digital Personalisation, Group BI – CEO Scorecard Automation, Group BI – NPS Reporting, VMB – IPVPN Enhancements.​
  • SABMiller – Harmonizing the Service Transition process and framework, bringing together regional (LatAm, Africa, Europe) Service Transition processes and deliverables and embedding a global process.​ Service Design & Transition Lead on a number of European and Global projects including: New SAP solution and support organisation for SABMiller Brands Europe and Miller Brands UK, Migration from In-Country and Regional Data Centre to a consolidated Global Data Centre.​
