Ryan is a senior transformation and operational leader with extensive experience delivering complex programmes across financial services, government and defence organisations. He specialises in leading large-scale business transformation, remediation, procurement and operational improvement initiatives within highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Ryan has been trusted to lead critical programmes requiring rapid mobilisation, strong governance and executive-level stakeholder management. He has successfully managed international supplier ecosystems, operational teams exceeding 3,000 FTEs, and programmes with budgets of up to £500 million.

Delivered significant operational cost savings through strategic offshoring and supplier optimisation while maintaining service performance, regulatory compliance and customer outcomes..

  • Major Financial Services Remediation Programme – Head of Operations

    Led a 600 FTE operation responsible for managing large-scale customer remediation activity within strict regulatory timeframes. Implemented operational improvements that reduced complaints outside regulatory response windows from approximately 40% to below 2%, restoring compliance and strengthening regulator confidence.

  • NHS Test & Trace Programme – Procurement Lead

    Led procurement and supply chain mobilisation for a critical national COVID-19 testing initiative. Established the supply chain and operational capability required to build a high-capacity testing laboratory in six months rather than the industry norm of three to five years, enabling processing capacity of up to 500,000 tests per day and supporting a key national public health response.
